Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed on dhaarisutra.com.

1. When Refunds Apply

• An eligible return is received and passes quality check (see our Return & Exchange Policy)
• An order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or non-serviceability
• An order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch
• A delivered product is confirmed as damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description

2. Refund Timelines

• Once a return is approved after quality check, refunds are initiated within 2 business days
• All orders: refunded to the original payment method (card/UPI/net banking), typically reflecting within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank

3. Partial Refunds

Where only part of an order is returned, or a returned item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount or process a partial refund, and will inform you of the reason before doing so.

4. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged/defective product).

5. Failed or Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline, please check with your bank first, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.
