You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and has its original tags and packaging intact.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice
• Free from stains, odours, or signs of wear

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear and items marked 'Non-Returnable' on the product page are excluded, as are items from clearance or final sale
• Products damaged due to customer misuse after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Go to Track Order or Contact Us, select the relevant order, and choose your reason for return/exchange
• Our team will guide you through pickup or self-ship instructions
• Once the returned item passes quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed

5. Exchanges

You may exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability. If your requested size isn't available, we'll process a refund instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Reverse pickup is free in serviceable pin codes. In areas without pickup service, customers may need to self-ship the item; reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed on confirmation, or adjusted against the refund — please confirm with support before self-shipping.

7. Refunds for Returns

Once the returned product is received and quality-checked, refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy (typically within 5–7 business days to the original payment method).
