This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver orders placed on dhaarisutra.com.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1,299. Orders below this value will incur a ₹100 shipping charge, shown at checkout before payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Our courier partners typically make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after these attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery, or report it to our support team within 24 hours with photos, so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping is not currently available.
